Loyalty Card
We, as the company, assert our legal right to reclaim all loyalty cards if we determine, at our sole discretion, that they are being used inappropriately or are not being utilised to their fullest extent. This determination shall be made at the company’s discretion, and customers shall be formally notified of such action via email, with adequate notice provided.
Furthermore, it is a requirement that the loyalty card be presented at the time of the payment procedure to avail of any associated benefits.
Transfer of loyalty cards to a single family member for use exclusively within our garage premises is permissible, subject to the company’s approval.
Each loyalty card is valid for a single use per transaction, in adherence to our company’s policies.
Loyalty Cards have no monetary value.
RM Hockey & Son Ltd has the right to cease any Loyalty Card programs at any time without notification to the end user.
